Provides customer support for online orders, special product orders, vendor shipments, returns, deliveries, gift cards, promotions, and Studio appointments. Researches issues across multiple systems, coordinates with stores, vendors, e-commerce, and customer care teams, and delivers timely resolutions. The role also manages international and domestic e-commerce orders, processes FedEx intercepts and claims, communicates website issues, and supports post-sale order fulfillment.

Monitors and processes drop-ship orders, coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, tracks inventory, onboards vendors and products, manages online product content, enters order data, and prepares performance reports. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides expert golf club fitting and product guidance while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail studio. Responsibilities include meeting sales and booking KPIs, building customer relationships, maintaining studio equipment and presentation, processing custom club orders, supporting front-end operations, promoting products and events, and providing feedback to management. Uses Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and Microsoft Office to support fittings and operations.
