Owns optimization prioritization, manages search relevance and PIM strategy, establishes measurement frameworks, and partners with E-Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Technology, and vendors to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.

Provide world-class customer service and expert club fittings using Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, meet sales KPIs, maintain STUDIO presentation and operations, enter custom orders, and grow a repeat client base.

Receive, inspect, organize, and stock merchandise; pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders; execute price changes and merchandising; handle returns; maintain a clean, safe stockroom and sales floor; provide customer service and promote products; report operational opportunities to the Operations Manager.
