Provide excellent customer service and product expertise in tennis, execute merchandising and signage, maintain stock levels, follow store operations, maximize sales, and collaborate with the team to support company initiatives.

Provide world-class customer service and expert club fittings using Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, meet sales KPIs, maintain STUDIO presentation and operations, enter custom orders, and grow a repeat client base.

Coordinates creative projects from intake through delivery by gathering briefs, building timelines, routing work among designers and copywriters, tracking status, coordinating feedback and approvals, maintaining project tools and asset libraries, and flagging bottlenecks. The role supports scheduling, reporting, and workload management for an onsite creative team serving email, social, video, in-store signage, and retail campaigns.
