Lead transient revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with luxury travel partners, consortia, retail agencies, corporate accounts and wholesale channels. Execute sales strategies, negotiate rates, host FAM trips and site inspections, collaborate with revenue management and operations, update sales systems, report performance, and represent the resort at industry events to drive occupancy and ancillary revenue.

Lead IT strategy and operations for a resort: manage projects, vendors, and teams; support Office 365 and industry applications; troubleshoot networking and security; run IT steering committee; manage budgets and ticketing systems.

Perform general preventative and reactive maintenance across the hotel: repair fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, pool maintenance, furniture refurbishment, operate heavy machinery, respond to guest requests, and maintain building interior/exterior. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee and direct all financial activities for a resort with hotel, golf courses, and private club. Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls; manage contracts, licenses, and purchasing; supervise accounting staff and approve sales, payroll, and expenses to safeguard assets and ensure GAAP compliance.

Supervise daily hotel maintenance operations, coordinate preventative maintenance and vendors, troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool systems, manage work orders and refurbishments, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and perform hands-on maintenance as needed.

The Overnight Bellperson greets and assists guests with luggage, provides information about hotel services, maintains cleanliness in the lobby, and ensures a high-quality experience while working flexible shifts.

The Senior Staff Accountant manages month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue accuracy, and collaborates with the Sales team for billing processes.

The Director of Reservations oversees hotel reservations, manages the reservations team, implements pricing strategies, and ensures excellent guest service and booking efficiency.
