Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships for major championships and Association events. Oversees hotel, venue, catering, transportation, audiovisual, and other event suppliers; manages multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiations, risk mitigation, and operational standards. Directs executive and VIP event planning, food and beverage strategy, stakeholder coordination, and contingency response. Recruits and develops a high-performing team while ensuring financial stewardship, service quality, and consistent event execution.
