Support full employee lifecycle by managing HRIS data, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, recruiting assistance, leave and training records, and culture/engagement initiatives while maintaining confidential employee records and reporting.

Develops and improves breading systems and related poultry food products through formulation, reverse engineering, competitive evaluation, and bench-to-plant trials. Supports customer presentations, demonstrations, commercialization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with quality, production, sales, suppliers, and customers while maintaining R&D documentation and meeting food safety, labeling, sanitation, and manufacturing requirements. Occasional travel and exposure to food production environments are required.
