Designs, develops, deploys, and supports enterprise AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, APIs, integrations, and modern web applications. Builds LLM, RAG, semantic search, and vector database solutions; develops data pipelines and secure microservices; and manages Azure cloud deployments, CI/CD, containers, and monitoring. The role also implements security, AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance practices while collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and IT teams.

Owns the enterprise product portfolio, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization of complex initiatives. Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Facilitates Agile planning, monitors risks and progress, communicates with leadership, and supports change management and user adoption. Develops business cases, metrics, and executive presentations to align product delivery with organizational strategy and business value.

Supports, configures, enhances, and lightly develops enterprise business applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and ClickDimensions. Gathers requirements, designs solutions, manages testing and deployments, analyzes data, investigates system issues, maintains application data and documentation, and supports users through ticket management. Partners with stakeholders, project managers, vendors, and technology teams to automate processes, improve workflows and reporting, evaluate platform enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions.
