Assists with meal service for residents by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning food, managing supplies, and following standardized recipes. Maintains cleanliness by disposing of refuse and washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes and equipment. Requires reliable attendance, teamwork, efficiency, food safety awareness, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Provide direct resident care, lead and guide Nurse Aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, maintain accurate charting and nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, ensure infection control and safety, and arrange staffing replacements as needed.
