The ICT Support Engineer provides onsite technical support for a Laboratory Information Management System in healthcare sites, managing device configurations and troubleshooting across various platforms.

Lead end-to-end technical architecture for a major hospital ICT programme, covering clinical applications, integration, data platforms, infrastructure, security, and procurement. Translate clinical requirements into HLD/LLD, ensure interoperability (HL7/FHIR/IHE/DICOM), embed privacy, zero-trust and clinical safety, oversee testing and cutover, and coordinate vendors to deliver resilient, compliant digital services.

Lead technical delivery of ICT infrastructure for a new hospital build: design, cabling, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, voice, data centre/cloud, security, testing, commissioning, vendor management, and handover to operations.
