Full-time religion faculty member responsible for teaching religion, practical theology, interdisciplinary studies, and core curriculum courses; advising and mentoring students; coordinating the Religion and Practical Theology program; supporting recruitment, scholarship, shared governance, campus ministry collaboration, and community-engaged learning. The role also contributes to Pfeiffer University's intellectual, spiritual, and communal life and strengthens its relationship with The United Methodist Church.

Leads the university’s financial aid operation, overseeing federal, state, institutional, and private aid administration, compliance, awarding, disbursement, reporting, and audits. Develops scholarship and financial aid strategies supporting enrollment, affordability, retention, and net tuition revenue. Supervises staff, improves student communications and service, manages financial aid technology and systems, analyzes enrollment and aid data, and partners with campus offices on policy, process improvement, and strategic enrollment initiatives.

Recruit, advise, and enroll prospective graduate students. Build recruitment partnerships, manage applicant pipeline, evaluate applications, and execute enrollment strategies. Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and support student success through relationship-building, data-informed strategies, and CRM management.
