Leads accounting for the Stimulation Services segment, overseeing financial reporting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, internal controls, audits, forecasting support, accounting policies, automation, and shared services coordination. Supervises accounting personnel and partners with operational, executive, FP&A, treasury, and corporate accounting teams. Requires a CPA, extensive accounting and supervisory experience, public accounting or public-company experience, and expertise with complex contracts, asset-intensive businesses, and revenue arrangements.

Directs sales operations and support functions, including sales process optimization, forecasting, quota setting, CRM implementation, reporting, training, bid proposals, compensation, and performance metrics. Partners with sales management, Finance, Accounting, HR, Technology, and Engineering to improve sales productivity and achieve revenue targets. Manages sales support personnel and coordinates resources across the sales organization.

Leads engineering strategy, capital planning, and capital project execution across multiple plant locations. Oversees plant engineering activities, equipment and asset performance, vendor scopes, project documentation, compliance with internal controls, and capital expenditure reporting. Partners with operations and executive leadership, directs engineering personnel, removes project roadblocks, and supports manufacturing, automation, process, and reliability initiatives.
