Responsibilities include developing the operating model, aligning senior teams, managing regulatory requirements, controls, resilience, transformation, budgets, suppliers, and operational performance. The role partners with Product and Technology, provides insight to executives and the Board, and improves customer and client experiences. Requires substantial regulated financial-services operations leadership, strong commercial judgment, people leadership, and experience managing complex change and stakeholders.

Leads strategic customer consulting engagements for PEXA’s UK property transaction platform, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through implementation, go-live, and optimisation. Advises senior stakeholders across mortgage lending and conveyancing, develops transformation roadmaps and business cases, assures delivery quality, manages risks, drives continuous improvement, represents PEXA externally, and mentors colleagues or leads multidisciplinary teams.

The Senior Risk Analyst will manage technology risks by partnering with stakeholders, reviewing controls, analyzing data, supporting incident management, and improving risk governance processes.
