PetScreening Benefits Overview

Manages logistics for trade shows, conferences, client gifts, and event inventory. Coordinates shipments, carriers, vendors, venues, purchasing, inventory control, and shipping issue resolution. Builds and reconciles event budgets, forecasts, expense reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting using advanced Google Sheets and business platforms. Supports 25–30 events annually, analyzes performance data, recommends process improvements, and presents findings to leadership. Requires occasional travel and evening or weekend event support.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications via ZenDesk, resolve issues quickly, meet individual and team KPIs, contribute process improvements, support cross-department projects, and work collaboratively in a hybrid office (3 days/week).

Outbound prospecting and lead qualification for single-family and multifamily housing customers. Generate qualified meetings, maintain HubSpot CRM records, conduct discovery calls, and route opportunities to Account Executives. Meet activity and pipeline targets, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, attend events, and participate in training.
