Prospects and qualifies enterprise customers in the multifamily housing industry through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and events. Conducts discovery conversations, schedules meetings for Account Executives, maintains prospect records in HubSpot, builds pipeline, communicates product value, monitors industry trends, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services. The role requires meeting activity and pipeline goals while participating in training and coaching.

Manage a portfolio of property management clients to drive product adoption, compliance, engagement, retention, and revenue. Serve as primary client contact, conduct strategic reviews, coordinate onboarding/training, monitor dashboards, execute compliance improvement plans, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct onsite visits, and report on portfolio health and metrics.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications via ZenDesk, resolve issues quickly, meet individual and team KPIs, contribute process improvements, support cross-department projects, and work collaboratively in a hybrid office (3 days/week).
