Collect outstanding residential account receivables through inbound and outbound calls. Negotiate payment arrangements, process phone payments, follow up on delinquent accounts, update billing and credit records, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Handles inbound and outbound sales calls, negotiates pricing and service plans, acquires and onboards customers, updates accounts, resolves issues, supports retention, and coordinates escalations with internal departments. The role is hybrid, includes paid training, and offers base pay with uncapped commission.

Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve sales targets through hiring, training, territory analysis, local marketing campaigns, account acquisition, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with local management.
