Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to secure new customers, negotiate pricing and service plans, assist with onboarding and account maintenance, resolve customer issues, and support retention through strong communication and follow-up.

Provide office administrative support including accounts payable processing, vendor reconciliation, petty cash management, mail and supply coordination, customer assistance, and compliance filing. Maintain records and assist with contract renewal pricing and other assigned duties.

Generate new residential and small commercial energy accounts through field sales, lead follow-up, referrals, and community events. Manage territory, schedule, CRM tracking, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard and service customers.
