Collect outstanding residential accounts receivable via inbound and outbound calls using dialer technology. Negotiate payment arrangements, take payments by phone, update billing/credit files, follow up on delinquent accounts, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues while delivering strong customer service.

Provide administrative HR support for recruiting, onboarding, HR operations and events. Tasks include sourcing candidates, resume screening, running reference checks and pre-employment screenings, maintaining records, assisting with HRIS tasks, and general departmental support.

Lead and supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives to drive sales performance, mentor through one-on-ones, coordinate with regional managers and marketing, provide training, and ensure goal achievement in a fast-paced call center environment.
