Responds to inbound HVAC equipment inquiries, follows up with leads and referrals, schedules in-home estimate appointments, manages calendars, updates Salesforce records, communicates with customers and specialists, resolves scheduling conflicts, and identifies opportunities for additional service contracts.

Inside Sales Representatives answer inbound calls, conduct outbound sales, negotiate pricing and service plans, onboard customers, update accounts, resolve issues, and support retention. The role requires strong communication, telephone, negotiation, multitasking, follow-up, and customer service skills. Prior inside sales experience is preferred but not required. The hybrid position includes paid training, base pay, uncapped commission, and employer-provided computer and phone equipment.

Calculate and enter product pricing accurately into the operating system, provide administrative support to the Commercial Department, process payments and account adjustments, assist with projects, and communicate with customers to review and correct account information.
