Supports and monitors daily operations across a station network through field visits, equipment and process inspections, performance reporting, invoice review, financial reconciliation support, station onboarding, issue resolution, and emergency response. The role coordinates with station partners, clients, and internal teams to maintain compliance, service quality, operational continuity, and efficiency across the Cairo region.

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, target setting, and management reporting. Serve as Budget Controller by reviewing spending requests, monitoring budget utilization, identifying variances, and escalating potential overruns. Evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and investments, provide resource-allocation recommendations, and partner with cross-functional teams to align plans. Promote financial governance, budget accountability, and informed senior-management decision-making.

Manage existing B2B client accounts, build relationships, support customer satisfaction and retention, resolve requests, and coordinate with internal teams. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, achieve account management and sales targets, monitor account performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, analytical, and customer-service skills, with experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
