The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems and networks.

Conduct outbound B2B prospecting, qualify leads, identify decision-makers, schedule demos, manage CRM pipeline, follow up with prospects, and meet monthly sales KPIs.

Support finance team by processing transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, managing AP/AR, assisting month-end close and audits, and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
