Serves as the plant’s technical and reliability leader and second-in-command to the Plant Manager. Leads engineering, maintenance, operations, capital projects, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. Owns equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, process optimization, KPI performance, technical documentation, workforce training, and cross-functional execution across extrusion, converting, and recycling operations.

Coordinates sales orders from receipt through delivery, serving as a liaison among customers, Sales, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Shipping, Purchasing, and Accounting. Responsibilities include processing orders, updating ERP and customer portals, maintaining pricing and part information, monitoring forecasts and on-time delivery, managing returns and adjustments, preparing reports, supporting samples and trade shows, and resolving customer issues. The role also contributes to process improvements and quality-system compliance.
