Technical owner of the Microsoft Fabric and OneLake data platform: design medallion architecture, manage ingestion and transformations, enforce CI/CD and engineering standards, ensure monitoring/performance/cost optimization, implement data quality/lineage/security, enable GenAI via Azure AI and Foundry (RAG), and lead/vendor/manage engineering hires and outsourced partners.

Assess and create embroidery digitizing requests, manage in-house and contractor workloads, perform quality control, maintain design workflows and SOPs, liaise with account managers to resolve approvals and issues, and identify process improvements.

Design user-centered ecommerce experiences for Peter Millar and G/FORE sites, producing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, maintain UX patterns and documentation, ensure WCAG accessibility, conduct competitive analysis, and advocate user-centered solutions to improve usability and revenue.
