Debug and fix customer-facing web applications and internal tools end to end. Reproduce issues, identify root causes, write C# or JavaScript/TypeScript fixes, add tests, submit code reviews, and document findings in Jira. The role involves maintaining legacy .NET, SQL, server-rendered, jQuery, and React code; managing ticket queues independently; and communicating clearly with engineering and support.

Provides technical leadership for data integration and product expansion initiatives. Owns architecture, scalable ETL pipelines, database performance, system governance, technical design, code reviews, and delivery predictability. Leads and mentors software engineering pods, partners with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps, and balances feature delivery with technical debt, cost efficiency, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Develop and maintain scalable Python software, integrations, platform products, and high-volume ETL pipelines. Apply test-driven development, optimize performance, troubleshoot existing applications, and work with .NET, C#, AWS services, databases, and cloud platforms. The role requires ownership of delivery, strong software engineering fundamentals, and collaboration across a diverse technology ecosystem.
