Provides bilingual phone-based technical support for retail, warehouse, and head-office users. Troubleshoots POS hardware, software, networking, and business systems; tracks tickets, tests POS releases and promotional pricing, coordinates service calls, communicates defects, and follows up on resolutions. Supports help desk projects involving system updates and process changes and assists with training new team members.
