Analyze and optimize supply chain processes through data collection, reporting, and KPIs. Drive process improvements, inventory optimization, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and cross-functional coordination. Develop supply chain plans, use SCM software and data visualization to provide actionable insights and improve efficiency.

Support sales, business development, and client experience by managing leads and CRM, producing reports, coordinating contracts and events, communicating with clients and vendors, and recommending process improvements to increase bookings and customer satisfaction.

Manage daily ranch operations including livestock care, rotational grazing, irrigation, facility and equipment maintenance, staff recruitment and training, budget and resource management, regulatory compliance, and community relations to maximize sustainable revenue and operational efficiency.

Lead tax and accounting functions including month- and year-end closings, general ledger maintenance, financial statement and tax return preparation, regulatory compliance (federal/state/local), financial analysis, process improvements, intercompany collaboration, and supervision/training of finance staff.

Lead development and execution of multi-year brand and integrated marketing strategies. Oversee affiliate program expansion, partnerships, market research, competitive benchmarking, budget/ROI management, and collaborate with sales and leadership to drive omni-channel growth and brand positioning.
