Pick, move, and load customer orders in a walk-in freezer (≤ -5°F). Build and secure pallets, operate warehouse equipment safely, follow safety procedures, and maintain accuracy and attendance.

Procure products from manufacturers for multiple retail locations, maintain inventory and item data integrity, forecast demand for new and promotional items, manage vendor relationships, and communicate to resolve supply issues to meet fill rate and inventory targets.

Provide full-cycle HR leadership for Tacoma distribution center and nearby sites: advise leaders on employee relations, compliance, performance management, talent development, recruiting/onboarding, ADA/leave/workers' comp coordination, HR operations (I-9, payroll changes, personnel files), HR metrics analysis, and standardize practices across sites. Travel up to 20-25% to support other distribution centers.
