Select, move, and palletize customer orders in a walk-in freezer (-5°F or below). Operate warehouse equipment, lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, build pallets accurately, and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Manage multi-store retail operations, supervise and develop store managers, drive sales and profitability, ensure compliance and accurate POS/accounting, handle staffing, training, budgeting, vendor relations, promotions, and customer service while supporting IT/POS and facility needs.

Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, 401(k)), partner with brokers/carriers/vendors, support open enrollment and vendor implementations, ensure compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA/ADA, analyze benefits and leave data, and support Total Rewards and HRIS reporting projects.
