Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all shelter operations, veterinary services, animal care, adoptions, intake, foster, behavior, facilities, and support functions. Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, budgets, staffing, and systems to increase lifesaving capacity, improve outcomes, ensure compliance, and drive organizational growth. Collaborate with executive leadership, board, and managers to innovate, expand services, and ensure emergency readiness.

Provide strategic leadership for fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, public relations, and community outreach. Lead annual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, events, digital marketing, media relations, donor stewardship, and brand management. Manage budgets, donor databases, analytics, and a development/communications team. Partner with the Executive Director and Board to drive revenue growth, increase visibility, ensure grants compliance, and represent the organization at community and donor engagements.
