Conducts property inspections, recommends solutions, closes inbound leads, generates new residential and commercial business, maintains sales records, and coordinates with service technicians. Requires frequent driving to customer appointments and job sites, independent work, strong communication, sales ability, and a valid driver’s license.

Generate new commercial pest control business through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, inspections, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing. Build relationships with commercial and industrial decision-makers, meet sales targets, maintain CRM pipeline records, collaborate with service teams during onboarding, and stay informed about industry trends and regulations. Regional travel is required, and state-specific licensing may apply.
