Enforces city, county, and state revenue laws through residential and commercial inspections. Determines tax liabilities, business classifications, licensing needs, and compliance status; processes licenses and permits; collects taxes; reviews financial documentation; manages accounts receivable and payable; prepares financial reports; maintains records; and provides customer service and compliance guidance.

Leads the City’s ADA Title II compliance program by managing accommodation requests and complaints, developing policies, conducting self-evaluations, reviewing facility and infrastructure designs, delivering training, coordinating community stakeholders, and supervising staff.

Oversee engineering activities for city traffic, roadway, and drainage systems. Review and approve development plans, inspect construction projects, enforce codes and ordinances, manage public infrastructure bids and contracts, respond to citizen infrastructure concerns, supervise staff, and administer departmental budgets. The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, and state and county agencies, along with field inspections in construction and traffic environments.
