Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments, lead on-premises-to-cloud migrations, ensure production reliability, monitor and troubleshoot systems, and support deployment and operation of AI workloads.

Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for Tel Aviv and remote employees: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues; maintain macOS/Windows devices; administer Microsoft 365 and SaaS/cloud tools; onboard/offboard users; configure peripherals and meeting rooms; manage accounts, permissions, and documentation.

Serve as a product-focused customer success consultant for the Personetics platform: onboard and train clients, configure and customize insights, run certification workshops, analyze platform performance, deliver adoption recommendations, build reusable templates, track client requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize long-term customer value.
