The Strategic Compensation Analyst role involves building and managing incentive compensation models, tracking performance, and collaborating across functions to align incentives with business goals.

Lead Post-Sales operations to scale Customer Success: design lifecycle processes, implement tools and playbooks, build reporting and automation, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support onboarding and enablement to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Build and own customer-facing data products and services: in-dashboard SQL, bulk exports, AI-powered analytics, backend services/APIs and query layers over large datasets. Partner with product and design, mentor engineers, and shape technical direction and strategy.
