Provide commercial legal support including drafting and negotiating vendor, sales, and NDA agreements; maintain form agreements; advise sales and post-sales teams on customer issues; support non-commercial matters and internal policy drafting.

Develop Persona’s brand voice and narratives across websites, campaigns, product launches, events, video, social, recruiting, and internal communications. Translate complex topics such as identity, fraud, compliance, and security into accessible writing. Partner with designers, marketing, GTM, product marketing, executives, and cross-functional teams from concept through execution. Establish brand writing standards, provide feedback, and independently manage multiple projects.

Owns post-sales customer operations by designing lifecycle processes, customer engagement systems, reporting, playbooks, automation, and scalable workflows. Partners with Post-Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes, renewals, expansions, adoption, and churn management. Evaluates go-to-market tools, supports onboarding and enablement, coordinates strategic initiatives, and uses data to guide operational improvements.
