Product Design Intern supporting real product projects in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities include contributing to Persona’s design system, creating product designs and prototypes, presenting design rationale, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree, demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, be proficient with Figma, and provide a portfolio showcasing their design process.

Lead research into identity verification and fraud prevention, including detecting manipulated documents, AI-generated images, and emerging attacks. Design rigorous experiments, evaluate model performance across populations, analyze noisy and limited-label data, calibrate confidence, and identify meaningful fraud signals. Partner with machine learning and engineering teams to productionize research prototypes and publish findings at leading conferences.
