Provide front-line IT support for New York employees, including leadership. Manage onboarding and offboarding, video conferencing setup, technology equipment procurement and tracking, internal tool research, and troubleshooting across computer systems, security, networks, databases, and data storage. Collaborate with People Operations and cross-functional teams to improve internal efficiency and deliver excellent employee support.

Own general ledger accounting, global balance sheet accounts, intercompany transactions, tax compliance support, multi-entity month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation, and multi-currency accounting in NetSuite. Partner with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting and improve accounting processes and controls across international entities.

Lead Post-Sales operations to scale Customer Success: design lifecycle processes, implement tools and playbooks, build reporting and automation, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support onboarding and enablement to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
