Support development of dexterous manipulation algorithms for humanoid robots, including perception, grasping, motion planning, trajectory optimization, and control. Build simulation environments in MuJoCo and Isaac Sim, test algorithms in simulated and real-world settings, integrate components with whole-body controllers, and collaborate on machine-learning-based manipulation. Contribute to research and implementation involving force control, visual/tactile servoing, dual-arm manipulation, and in-hand object manipulation.

Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and robotics roles, from intake and custom sourcing through interviews, offers, relocation persuasion, and start date. Build passive-candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, academic networks, publications, conferences, competitor mapping, and AI tools. Partner with hiring managers, assess technical depth and motivation, manage multiple requisitions, maintain ATS data, report funnel metrics, and represent Persona AI to prospective candidates.

Coordinate recruiting operations across manufacturing, operations, and corporate hiring. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, managing onsite logistics, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, maintaining ATS data, coordinating hiring events, supporting offers and onboarding, and building scalable recruiting workflows and documentation.
