Own embedded perception sensor systems from hardware bring-up through production. Develop camera drivers, device tree overlays, and low-latency sensor pipelines on NVIDIA Jetson platforms. Build multi-sensor synchronization, calibration, and validation infrastructure, while partnering with electrical engineers and silicon vendors. Qualify sensors for harsh industrial environments involving heat, vibration, EMI, welding arcs, and ingress. Support perception and autonomy teams as the technical authority on sensor capabilities.

Build and lead Persona AI’s end-to-end supply chain organization, including strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, supplier qualification, and inventory management. Establish processes, systems, KPIs, compliance standards, and supplier partnerships while supporting robotics manufacturing scale-up. Manage RFx processes, make-versus-buy decisions, purchase orders, expediting, contracts, cost optimization, and NPI sourcing. Collaborate with engineering on manufacturability and transition products from development to volume manufacturing.

Support development of dexterous manipulation algorithms for humanoid robots, including perception, grasping, motion planning, trajectory optimization, and control. Build simulation environments in MuJoCo and Isaac Sim, test algorithms in simulated and real-world settings, integrate components with whole-body controllers, and collaborate on machine-learning-based manipulation. Contribute to research and implementation involving force control, visual/tactile servoing, dual-arm manipulation, and in-hand object manipulation.
