Teams at Persistent Systems

Leads international technical deployments of MANET communications systems, integrating them with customer platforms, sensors, command-and-control systems, UAVs, maritime vehicles, and ground systems. Provides field troubleshooting, architecture design, validation, customer training, demonstrations, and operational rollout support. Serves as a technical advisor and liaison between customers, sales, business development, and engineering teams. Requires extensive international travel, including deployments lasting 45–60 days.

Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and program data to produce actionable insights. Build trusted datasets, semantic models, dashboards, reports, and analytical workflows using Power BI, SQL, Python, and related tools. Define KPIs, validate data, investigate discrepancies, perform statistical analyses, improve reporting automation, document lineage, and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. The role also supports governed self-service analytics, custom visualizations, and responsible generative AI applications.

Tests Wave Relay software across products, developing and maintaining automated regression, performance, functional, stress, and manual tests. Creates test plans, procedures, and reports; supports software, hardware, R&D, and field engineering activities; integrates sensors and systems; and validates product quality against customer and management requirements. The role also requires Linux scripting, networking knowledge, process improvement, and travel to customer sites.
