Provides helpdesk and advanced technical support for geographically dispersed users. Administers Windows and Linux workstations, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, software, printers, phones, servers, licenses, and equipment inventory. Handles onboarding, workstation deployment, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, ticket management, documentation, and user communications. Requires foundational networking, VoIP, operating-system, and office software expertise, with scripting and server administration preferred.

Leads Navy and Marine Corps business development, capture strategy, partnerships, bookings, and program transitions for tactical MANET networking and edge-compute platforms. Manages distributed business development and technical capture teams, engages defense acquisition organizations and military users, develops teaming agreements with defense primes, and directs participation in demonstrations and exercises. Requires extensive defense-sector experience, Navy or Marine Corps expertise, active Secret clearance, eligibility for Top Secret/SCI, and 50–60% domestic travel.

Own manufacturing processes, production readiness, engineering-to-production handoffs, and process improvements across internal and external partners. Review designs for manufacturability, develop tooling and test equipment, analyze yield and delivery performance, eliminate waste, reduce costs and cycle times, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems. Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations while implementing maintenance, calibration, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
