Manage 2-5 enterprise Financial Services accounts as the primary contact to drive adoption of Persado. Lead QBRs, develop account plans, measure ROI, identify expansion opportunities, resolve issues, and build trusted stakeholder relationships. Requires regular in-person engagement and occasional travel (~20-30%).

Lead and manage a team of project managers delivering enterprise projects for major financial services clients. Oversee resource allocation, coaching, process improvements, escalations, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with cross-functional priorities. Drive team development, onboarding, performance metrics, and client-facing escalation and relationship management while promoting culture and scalable practices.
