Design mobile app experiences for LGBTQ+ communities by solving user problems, testing concepts, evolving design systems, and delivering polished, engineering-ready UI. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, clients, and other designers. Conduct lightweight user research, facilitate design reviews and workshops, define visual styles, guide contributors, and balance design quality with technical feasibility in an agile, distributed environment.

Run and modernize AWS-hosted infrastructure for high-traffic Ruby APIs. Implement Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments; write and maintain well-tested Ruby/Rails/Sinatra code with RSpec and TDD/BDD; mentor distributed engineers; participate in heavy pair-programming and timezone-aligned collaboration.

Design, build, and maintain a high-scale Ruby API using Rails/Sinatra. Write well-factored, tested code (RSpec, TDD/BDD), support AWS infrastructure (Terraform), debug production with Airbrake/Datadog/CloudWatch, mentor distributed engineers, and participate in heavy pair-programming across timezones.
