On-site PC Specialist providing hands-on Tier 1 hardware and software support for a high-volume warehouse. Primary duties include troubleshooting and repairing Zebra printers and RFID handhelds, supporting desktop PCs, managing the local ticket queue, performing installations and asset tracking, coordinating with vendors and system administrators, and ensuring operational uptime on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Support New York Womens Design team across Rafaella and Laundry by Shelli Segal by preparing technical packages, flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator, seasonal presentation boards, conducting trend research, collaborating with technical design, merchandising, vendors and overseas offices to deliver commercially viable product on time.

The Senior Technical Designer manages garment specs and fit from concept to approval, ensuring brand standards and solving fit issues, with collaboration across design and production teams.
