Lead and manage a team delivering 24x7 service desk and onsite concierge services. Oversee workplace services including end-user devices, endpoint management, collaboration platforms and AV/VC support. Maintain knowledge base, track hardware/software inventory, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, drive process improvement and staff development, and coordinate workforce planning and vendor interactions to meet service level targets.

Support investment presentations, competitor analysis, performance reporting, portfolio analysis and research. Provide accurate investment information to stakeholders, assist with ESG and risk analysis projects, and help adopt new tools and process improvements.

Provide compliant paraplanning services and strategic advice support to Advisers, while coaching junior team members and optimizing internal processes.
