Support portfolio managers by analysing corporate issuers, producing credit reviews and briefs, updating credit opinions, attending issuer meetings, and informing portfolio decisions through financial statement and ratings analysis.

Partner with senior leaders in Asset Management to design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Provide coaching on performance, engagement and employee relations; support talent, succession, remuneration and development; lead people programs, contribute to firmwide P&C initiatives, mentor junior team members, and build stakeholder relationships.

Provide client-facing support for member benefits programs: respond to phone and email enquiries, apply Trust guidelines, process and reconcile member payments in Xero, maintain records and registers, and deliver confidential, accurate customer service in line with established processes.
