Supports Risk Advisers through the end-to-end personal insurance advice process. Responsibilities include preparing client and compliance documentation, researching insurance products, obtaining quotes, coordinating underwriting and medical requirements, implementing policies, managing existing portfolios, responding to client enquiries, maintaining Xplan and SharePoint records, and building relationships with advisers, clients, insurers, and external providers.

Provides responsive client support for Aboriginal community members by communicating program information, maintaining confidential records, processing applications and payments, reconciling transactions in Xero, and coordinating with trust managers, community consultants, payments teams, and other stakeholders.

Provides executive and team support to the Head of Equities and a 25-person investment team. Responsibilities include diary and inbox management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, meetings and events, stakeholder communication, office operations, visitor management, onboarding, and confidential administrative projects.
