The Senior Financial Accountant owns month-end accounting, general ledger integrity, balance sheet controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit support, and technical accounting documentation. The role also supports finance transformation, system implementations, process improvements, data quality, and stakeholder issue resolution. Candidates need strong technical accounting expertise, financial services experience, CA or CPA qualification, and proficiency with Workday or comparable finance systems and Microsoft Excel.

Provides executive and team support to the Head of Equities and a 25-person investment team. Responsibilities include diary and inbox management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, meetings and events, stakeholder communication, office operations, visitor management, onboarding, and confidential administrative projects.

Support and maintain data-focused customer applications by monitoring systems, resolving production incidents, managing service requests, and improving application reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability. The role involves collaboration with engineering teams, customers, vendors, and service providers, as well as application enhancements, documentation, audit support, and guidance for junior and offshore team members.
