Lead the ServiceNow ITSM platform for Perpetual Wealth by owning its strategy, roadmap, governance, configuration, development, documentation, support model, and continuous improvement. The role manages end-to-end solution delivery, defines product metrics, ensures platform compliance and performance, coordinates internal stakeholders and developers, and oversees the external ServiceNow partner. It also provides technical guidance, supports business process enhancements, and leads junior resources.

Partner with senior leaders in Asset Management to design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Provide coaching on performance, engagement and employee relations; support talent, succession, remuneration and development; lead people programs, contribute to firmwide P&C initiatives, mentor junior team members, and build stakeholder relationships.

Support month-end accounting, revenue/cash/debtor and investment accounting, prepare reconciliations and financial reports, assist with statutory audit, drive process improvements and finance system projects, and provide stakeholder support for ad-hoc accounting and reporting queries.
