Lead the AM production line to meet production targets, ensure quality and safety, train and manage staff, troubleshoot equipment, oversee inventory and maintenance, and report production metrics. Drive process improvements and coordinate with supervisors to optimize line performance and fulfillment.

Support production supervisor to oversee daily fresh-produce processing: coordinate schedules, ensure HACCP/GMP food-safety and quality standards, monitor productivity and waste, provide on-floor staff support, train and enforce safety, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Support daily fresh-produce processing operations on the PM shift by supervising staff, coordinating schedules, enforcing HACCP/GMP food-safety and quality standards, monitoring line productivity and waste, training employees, maintaining morale, and assisting the Production Supervisor to optimize packaging, handling, and shipping.
