Responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in food manufacturing, personnel training, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Lead day-to-day production line operations including managing staff, meeting production targets, ensuring quality and safety, troubleshooting equipment, overseeing inventory and maintenance, and driving process improvements to optimize yields and fulfill orders to specification.

Supervise production department activities to meet efficiency, safety, quality, sanitation, and yield targets. Train and manage staff, maintain paperwork, report attendance and mechanical issues, enforce company policies, and maintain morale while coordinating with maintenance and other departments.
