Books and manages outside truckload transportation, negotiates carrier rates, monitors carrier performance and compliance, and oversees shipments from booking through final delivery. Coordinates inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods with logistics, warehouse, operations, customers, and transportation teams. Resolves shipment issues, supports cost-efficient distribution, and maintains customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Leads PM-shift dock operations for inbound and outbound shipments, including assigning dock doors, coordinating carriers, loading and unloading palletized produce, staging and wrapping pallets, product rotation, and quality-control preparation. Trains and oversees dock employees, operates forklifts and pallet jacks, monitors PPE and safety compliance, supports warehouse cleaning, and follows GMP, USDA, DOL, and company procedures in a physically active warehouse environment.

Lead the AM production line to meet production targets, ensure quality and safety, train and manage staff, troubleshoot equipment, oversee inventory and maintenance, and report production metrics. Drive process improvements and coordinate with supervisors to optimize line performance and fulfillment.
