Lead preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly P&L, manage budgeting and forecasting (with focus on Structure Costs and Export business), partner with Sales & Marketing, support statutory and investor reporting, improve cost-tracking processes, assist recharge agreement renegotiations, and mentor team members to deliver accurate financial insights and forecasts.

Manage internal communications and implementation of a new wholesaler management mechanism across sales teams. Collaborate with HR for training and coordinate with various functional teams.

Lead commercial intelligence, RGM and sales tools to drive profitable growth in Vietnam FMCG. Build Market Intelligence reports and Power BI dashboards, deploy SFA/CRM (Salesforce), manage territory and segmentation, run capability development and onboarding, and lead cross-functional commercial transformation projects with P&L-literate analysis and stakeholder influence.
