Leads an Agile Squad responsible for Quality and Compliance products, including laboratory information, data, instruments, workflows, risk management, and product recalls. Owns demand and backlog management, roadmap development, prioritization, user stories, product lifecycle, catalog management, incidents, resource forecasting, funding, ROI, and value realization. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, vendors, and product teams to deliver global solutions.

Leads off-trade trade marketing strategy across traditional and modern channels, including sell-in and depletion planning, category management, shopper insights, POS execution, budgeting, vendor management, and Tet campaign leadership. Partners with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Commercial Excellence to improve execution, ROI, distribution, visibility, and retailer relationships. Manages and develops channel marketing and field merchandising teams.

Support change management and PMO activities for a large-scale ERP transformation program. Responsibilities include preparing communications, creating digital content, coordinating events and stakeholder meetings, supporting pilot deployment, tracking surveys and engagement results, updating dashboards, monitoring milestones and actions, preparing governance materials, and exploring AI and automation opportunities.
