Leads global corporate strategy and M&A activities, including target identification, transaction assessment, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and closing coordination. Develops strategic recommendations for senior leadership, supports integration and separation planning, and conducts market, competitive, and portfolio analyses. Coordinates internal functions, external advisors, bankers, and international stakeholders while contributing to efficiency initiatives. The role requires up to 20% global business travel and is based in Paris with hybrid flexibility.

Develop and execute Chivas brand strategy, activation, gifting, and Tet programs in Vietnam. Lead packaging development, campaigns, customer events, agency and supplier management, sales support, market intelligence, and A&P budget control. Collaborate with commercial, trade marketing, finance, and global teams to deliver brand growth, measure KPIs and ROI, and manage consumer and competitor insights.

Supports National Key Accounts through commercial financial analysis, trade spend management, month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, customer profitability analysis, NPD governance, pricing, and financial modelling. Partners with Sales, FP&A, RGM, and Finance stakeholders to provide recommendations, challenge investment decisions, and support negotiations, forecasts, and commercial outcomes.
