The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will build and maintain Salesforce automations and AI-powered workflows, enhancing GTM team efficiency, reporting, and analytics.

Work on customer sites to prototype and ship integrations and production-ready features against real construction data and systems. Own end-to-end integrations (APIs, data models, backend, basic frontend), turn custom work into reusable product, build feedback loops and confidence metrics, and advocate customer needs to product, design, and engineering teams to accelerate pilot-to-production outcomes.

Lead and grow the Implementation team owning customer onboarding from contract signature through the first 90 days. Hire, mentor, and coach Implementation Managers; run operating cadence (1:1s, pipeline and account health reviews, post-mortems); manage escalations and at-risk launches; partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops; identify and close recurring launch friction via process, tooling, and playbooks.
