Architects and delivers production AI systems, owns the lifecycle of models and agents, establishes validation, orchestration, safety, and monitoring practices, and shapes build-versus-buy strategy. Partners with data engineering on Azure Databricks modernization, leads external AI delivery, and develops a growing AI team and operating model. Evaluates emerging technologies, unifies operational data for AI applications, and communicates AI investment value to executives.

Own the enterprise AI application, orchestration, integration, and agent platform, including Microsoft Foundry standards, reference architectures, model strategy, governance, security, and LLMOps. Establish and lead an AI Agent Center of Excellence, define reusable multi-agent patterns, oversee integrations with enterprise systems, guide build-versus-buy decisions, and advise executives. Build and mentor engineering teams while ensuring AI safety, compliance, observability, evaluation, and production deployment across the organization.

Build and own production web applications across the enterprise, including full-stack solutions and Palantir Foundry applications. Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM tools, agentic workflows, and automation. Establish development standards, support citizen developers, improve secure SDLC practices, and manage application architecture, deployment, testing, and ongoing support while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
