Coordinate the full lifecycle of oil and gas asset transactions, interfacing with legal, land, operations, accounting, and counterparties. Manage document workflows, prepare closing packages and filings, monitor timelines, maintain transaction records and databases, and support post-closing asset integration and vendor/account setups.

Support accounting functions including joint interest billing, revenue, and external audit requests; analyze suspense accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Work on project-based assignments paired with a manager and mentor, participate in training, field tours, volunteer and networking activities, and present your internship work at the program's conclusion.

Design, optimize, and execute electrical power systems for upstream operations. Lead projects from concept to commissioning, interface with utilities and vendors, troubleshoot reliability issues, maintain documentation and load studies, support electrification strategy, and manage cost/contract considerations.
