Build and ship user-facing web app features in TypeScript and React, translating Figma designs into responsive, accessible UI, integrating with NestJS/TypeScript APIs, contributing to a shared component library, supporting wallet-connection and on-chain flows, participating in code reviews and testing, and debugging cross-browser issues. Design and produce visual assets across social, web, campaigns, investor decks, motion, and short-form video. Work primarily in Figma alongside Illustrator and Photoshop, translate complex technical/financial ideas into clear visuals, and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to increase output and quality.

Hands-on operations role supporting finance and administrative workflows: manage accounts payable/receivable, coordinate external service providers, produce recurring operational and financial reports, maintain trackers/dashboards, support onboarding, and handle general administrative and office tasks.

Own pipeline, represent the firm at regional events, collaborate with founders on regional positioning, ensure smooth KYC/AML onboarding, and feed market intelligence back to the team.

Own KYB/AML and wallet screening infrastructure, lead compliance policy reviews, onboard and monitor counterparties, maintain compliance records, and coordinate with product and engineering. Support loan portfolio covenant monitoring, manage borrower reporting and service provider SLAs, and build tracking tools and dashboards for ongoing monitoring.

Support the COO on institutional, bespoke loan facilities: coordinate investor diligence, prepare deal materials and reporting, maintain investor data rooms, track pipelines and obligations, research market data for AI infrastructure financing, and assist with syndication and investor relations for live deals.
