Lead APAC and Middle East capital origination for USD.AI by sourcing, pitching, and closing $5M+ depositors (crypto funds, family offices, HNWIs). Own pipeline, represent the firm at regional events, collaborate with founders on regional positioning, ensure smooth KYC/AML onboarding, and feed market intelligence back to the team.

Support the COO on institutional, bespoke loan facilities: coordinate investor diligence, prepare deal materials and reporting, maintain investor data rooms, track pipelines and obligations, research market data for AI infrastructure financing, and assist with syndication and investor relations for live deals.

Lead full-stack development and architecture for borrower-facing web products, guide front-end team, integrate backend APIs and databases, drive AI strategy and productization, and collaborate with designers and founders to prioritize roadmap and deliver scalable, secure fintech/DeFi features.

Own KYB/AML and wallet screening infrastructure, lead compliance policy reviews, onboard and monitor counterparties, maintain compliance records, and coordinate with product and engineering. Support loan portfolio covenant monitoring, manage borrower reporting and service provider SLAs, and build tracking tools and dashboards for ongoing monitoring.
