Supervise unionized manufacturing personnel and ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective production. Responsibilities include workforce development, scheduling, performance management, safety and quality compliance, lean improvement, standard work, maintenance planning, production metrics, documentation, budget ownership, and cross-functional coordination. The supervisor also troubleshoots critical processes, manages supplies and equipment, supports customer delivery requirements, and builds collaborative relationships with union representatives.

Support manufacturing floor efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, assisting CNC/PLC programming, ensuring product quality, creating documentation, collaborating across departments, and training staff.
