Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing, staffing, quality control, and client communication. Mentor staff, coordinate design and consultant teams, support business development, and ensure compliance with local codes and jurisdictional requirements, especially North Carolina public school systems.

Lead multidisciplinary architectural project teams for College & University and Healthcare projects. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, quality control, and construction phase activities. Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, mentor staff, and support business development for the practice.

Support and improve firm-wide design workflows and BIM delivery by providing tier-two support, training, tooling development, interoperability workflows, render/print workflow recommendations, BIM content governance, and cross-office coordination.
