Project Architect responsible for leading architectural work across project phases, managing staffing, budgets, schedules, agreements, communications, and design deliverables. The role also supports strategic planning, business development, client relationships, sustainability initiatives, publicly bid work, and staff development. Candidates should bring strong architectural design, presentation, project coordination, sustainable design, and software skills, with 6–8 years of experience.

Manage, integrate, and maintain firm-wide datasets; establish data standards and quality controls; build dashboards and reports; support systems integration (HR, ERP/ERM, BIM, PM tools); automate workflows; and collaborate across HR, Finance, Sustainability, BD, IT, and Communications to improve accessibility and decision-making.

Processes high-volume, complex client billing and ensures accurate, timely invoicing in accordance with contracts, company policies, and internal controls. Prepares monthly billing reports, reviews unbilled labor, reconciles billing and payments, responds to client inquiries, and coordinates invoice corrections with project managers and accountants. Maintains confidentiality, supports compliance, and manages multiple deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
