Work on existing-building reuse projects (historic rehabilitation, additions, renovations, adaptive reuse) through all phases. Produce detailed drawings, perform site and building investigations, research historic documentation, engage clients and consultants, present work, and use Revit/AutoCAD and visualization tools. Support sustainability and Net Zero integration.

Architectural Designer responsible for developing conceptual and technical designs, producing schematic and construction drawings, creating 3D models and presentations, supporting construction administration, and collaborating with senior staff across project phases to ensure aesthetic, functional, and regulatory compliance.

Support project teams from pre-schematic through construction documents using 3D modeling (Revit/Rhino), site/master planning, and presentation packaging. Prepare programs, schematics, and construction detailing; coordinate consultants; meet with clients and present designs; mentor junior staff; and manage multiple projects while maintaining design intent and production standards.
