As a Nanofabrication Intern, you'll execute hands-on nanofabrication processes, support lithography, deposition, and etch workflows, and collaborate on experimental planning.

Improve scientific reasoning of foundation models by curating and generating scientific data, building evaluations, and running large-scale mid-training experiments. Apply techniques like self- and on-policy distillation, calculate scaling laws and compute-optimal hyperparameters, and collaborate with RL researchers, physicists, chemists, and supercompute engineers to scale training across thousands of GPUs.

Design, fabricate, and characterize short-loop semiconductor test devices from deposition through patterned fabrication to electrical measurement. Develop thin-film stacks, run lithography and etch processes, perform probe-station characterization, build custom test benches, connect materials/interface properties to device outcomes, support customer engagements, and document experiments for internal knowledge and AI training.
