Leads daily laboratory operations, staff supervision, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, scheduling, budgeting, supplies, equipment, and workflow management. Ensures accurate and timely diagnostic testing that supports patient care. Recruits, trains, mentors, and develops laboratory personnel; collaborates with providers and organizational leaders; evaluates new methodologies and technologies; and provides bench support when needed.

Maintains assigned household areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive condition. Performs dietary and housekeeping duties, collaborates with residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and coworkers, and supports a positive living environment. Works independently while managing multiple priorities and follows established procedures. The full-time day-shift role includes rotating weekends and holidays.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations across abdominal, OB/GYN, breast, small-parts, vascular, and other applications. Supports ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures, assists radiologists, communicates with physicians and care teams, and educates patients. The role requires graduation from an accredited ultrasound program and current ARDMS registration or registry eligibility. Full-time scheduling includes weekday shifts and potential participation in an approximately monthly weekend on-call rotation.
