Support localization and execution of PERGOLUX Chile marketing initiatives: coordinate agencies and creators, manage social channels and influencer deliverables, adapt creative assets, assist events and activations, and report basic performance insights to Country and Performance Marketing Managers.

Lead and own full P&L and operations for a custom manufacturing site, doubling output while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Build and coach site leadership, scale headcount from 30 to 60, maintain ERP (Odoo) data integrity, optimize supply chain terms, and align site with global Custom Design operations.

Manage accounting domain for assigned entity, ensure accurate balance posting and compliance, use Odoo for multi-currency journal entries, support month-end close and tax compliance, mentor associate accountants, and monitor regulatory changes.
