Own and architect marketing and storefront analytics systems, including metric definitions, single sources of truth, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling foundations, semantic models, and data health metrics. Partner with marketing, storefront, and leadership teams to improve acquisition measurement, budget allocation, data quality, and decision-making across international markets.

Supports global financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, liquidity planning, and cash-flow forecasting. The role enhances controlling processes, standardized reporting structures, and financial tools while contributing to strategic planning during international expansion. It requires strong Excel and Lucanet proficiency, analytical ability, and knowledge of accounting standards such as HGB or IFRS.

Manage phone, chat, and email communications with prospective customers; qualify inbound leads, create accurate quotes, convert inquiries into orders, and conduct outbound follow-ups. The role guides customers through the e-commerce buying journey, delivers a strong brand experience, and requires Saturday flexibility, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a collaborative sales mindset.
