Own marketing tracking and measurement across 14 markets, implement and audit GTM/GA4/pixels/server-side tracking, build automated Looker dashboards, run incrementality and A/B/geo-lift tests, define budget allocation frameworks, and set analytics standards and documentation to inform media spend decisions.

The Marketing Lead DACH will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, manage paid media campaigns, oversee content performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize marketing efforts.

Act as primary customer contact across phone, email, live chat and in-showroom. Provide consultative sales guidance, answer technical/installation questions, coordinate with logistics and warehouse, and deliver premium customer service to convert inquiries into purchases.
