Develop and maintain real-time embedded avionics flight-control software. Work with object-oriented languages, embedded platforms (BSP, drivers, boot), avionics datalink/protocols, and collaborate across teams to deliver safety-critical systems.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary hardware-focused engineering teams for avionics and embedded systems programs. Own hardware-centric program delivery across design, testing, verification, and integration, resolve hardware/software interface issues, support full lifecycle development, engage customers, and contribute to proposals and business growth.

Design, execute, and maintain test plans for real-time embedded and avionics software. Create test cases, perform V&V, regression, functional and integration testing, report defects, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with developers and product teams. Support automated testing and documentation; participate in flight/field test activities as needed.
