Manage full-cycle payroll using Paycom for a multi-state workforce: process compensation, validate timekeeping, ensure tax compliance, run special payrolls, reconcile payroll to GL, generate reports, collaborate with HR/Finance, and improve payroll processes and Paycom configuration.

Lead and develop respiratory clinical teams, manage daily operations and compliance, monitor quality and staff performance, provide training and competency assessments, inspect locations and equipment setups, coordinate with sales and referral sources, and perform respiratory care as needed while supporting regional clinical growth.

Serve as the on-site link between providers, patients, and PHM to promote home medical equipment and respiratory services. Build referral relationships, obtain chart documentation, educate clinical staff, deliver and set up PAP equipment, support transitions of care, follow insurance and regulatory guidelines, and resolve customer concerns while collaborating with sales, AR, and customer service teams.
