Leads PDW’s flight operations organization and strategy across production, development, qualification, testing, demonstrations, and customer support. Owns flight safety, regulatory compliance, pilot qualification, readiness reviews, scheduling, fleet records, facilities, airspace authorizations, deployments, budgets, and operational metrics. Partners cross-functionally to resolve readiness constraints and leads incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Leads electrical engineering for complex PCB assemblies and subsystems from concept through production. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, design reviews, board bring-up, validation, manufacturing support, analog/digital/power circuit design, root cause analysis, and field troubleshooting. The role collaborates across engineering and operations teams, mentors junior engineers, supports production scale-up, and improves processes for reliable tactical robotic systems.

Own and improve integrated manufacturing FP&A models covering revenue, production, COGS, margins, capacity, headcount, CapEx, inventory, working capital, and cash. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboards, investment cases, and actual-to-model reviews. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, and executive stakeholders to evaluate expansion, manufacturing tradeoffs, and new product verticals.
