Sells Ford vehicles by providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features and incentive programs, preparing competitive quotes, and coordinating deliveries. Maintains customer follow-up, documentation, product knowledge, and compliance with OMVIC and company standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, computer, and customer-service skills, along with flexibility to work varying schedules and occasional Saturdays.

Leads dealership sales operations, including sales planning, inventory flow, advertising effectiveness, revenue growth, performance tracking, and customer service. Manages, coaches, schedules, hires, and evaluates sales staff while ensuring OMVIC compliance and achievement of sales targets. The role also oversees demonstrator vehicles, training programs, departmental meetings, and adherence to company policies.

Coordinates automotive finance and insurance product sales, presents financing options, prepares contracts and documentation, maintains lender and dealership relationships, ensures OMVIC compliance, and provides strong customer service throughout vehicle delivery. The role requires automotive sales or financial services experience, negotiation skills, organizational ability, a valid or obtainable OMVIC license, and a valid Ontario driver’s license.
