The People Operations Generalist manages employee lifecycle administration, semi-monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, and employee data accuracy. The role supports onboarding and offboarding, documents and improves processes, provides responsive employee and leader support, and escalates complex matters appropriately. This onsite position partners with People Operations leadership, Accounting, school leaders, and organizational stakeholders to build scalable HR operations.

Manage general ledger, vendor payments, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, internal controls, financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, maintain accounting systems, ensure GAAP compliance, support software transitions, and provide financial guidance to school leaders and organizational stakeholders.

Lead the Classical Academy as chief educational leader, driving mission-aligned culture, curriculum fidelity, instructional excellence, staff development, compliance, and community engagement. Oversee academic operations, special education, evaluations, enrollment, safety, and parent relations while mentoring staff and ensuring strategic implementation with the Superintendent.
