Manage and grow existing customer accounts for Klocwork and Helix QAC by identifying expansion and cross‑sell opportunities, conducting business reviews, validating product value, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for the Delphix portfolio across a US central/east territory. Own net-new revenue, gross margin, quota attainment, complex sales cycles, product demonstrations, customer relationships, and enterprise contract closures. Represent products at events, provide market feedback to product teams, leverage SIs, VARs, and alliance partners, and potentially mentor less experienced sales professionals.

Leads the Gliffy engineering team in Pune, owning execution, delivery quality, staffing, and team development. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy, roadmaps, resourcing, and portfolio collaboration. Drives AI-assisted development, engineering best practices, scalable SaaS delivery, and organizational effectiveness. The role manages distributed teams, develops talent, communicates risks and trade-offs, and contributes to strategic initiatives across Perforce’s global engineering organization.
