Manage strategic customer relationships for BlazeMeter and Perfecto, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and value realization. Develop account plans, monitor customer health and KPIs, lead executive business reviews, resolve escalations, support sales, and forecast renewal risks. The role also requires technical customer conversations, competitor knowledge, occasional travel, and designing documented no-code or low-code automations using approved AI and workflow tools with appropriate governance controls.

Develop and execute B2B content marketing strategy for Perforce’s Digital Creation products. Create technical thought leadership, blogs, case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and other content for developer and enterprise audiences. Manage editorial planning, SEO and AEO, content performance analytics, audits, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, product management, sales, design, and technical experts. Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content development, and productivity.

Own the technical health and customer success of Puppet Enterprise customers after installation. Serve as the primary technical contact, guide customers on product roadmaps, troubleshoot infrastructure and DevOps issues, identify training needs, advocate for customers internally, and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders. The role requires strong Linux or Unix administration, automation, cloud, CI/CD, programming, networking, security, and large-scale infrastructure experience.
