Lead accounting team through rapid growth and international expansion. Oversee cash, payroll, bank reconciliations, cross-company journal entries, month-end close support, credit card processes, refunds, payroll accounting, audit support, and acquisition integration. Partner with Sales Operations and HR to resolve deposits, refunds, and payroll transactions while improving processes and system documentation.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise Delphix customers in the central US to drive adoption, mitigate risk, secure renewals, identify expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, measure KPIs, and manage escalations.
