Lead design and delivery of native iOS features (Swift/SwiftUI), own pod-level architecture, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, ensure performance/security for real-time financial workflows, enforce CI/CD and testing standards, mentor engineers, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.

Design, build, deploy, and operate production conversational AI and intelligent contact center solutions on AWS. Develop Amazon Connect, Lex, Bedrock, NovaSonic, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB integrations; connect ServiceNow for case management and agent workflows; implement observability and optimize contact center performance. Collaborate directly with client engineering teams through architecture reviews, sprints, pairing, documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.

Lead data scientist responsible for developing, validating, deploying, and monitoring predictive ML models; building scalable data pipelines; performing advanced SQL-based ETL and analysis; partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-ready ML solutions; and contributing to best practices for modeling, governance, and MLOps.
